Bahariya Oasis, White and Black Desert Safari Tour from Cairo

Two days jeep safari excursion on 4X4 car into the White and Black desert with overnight stay in a local camp from your Cairo hotel. Spend unforgettable time in unique White and Black deserts, enjoy swimming in hot and cold springs, discover beautiful nature and unique landscapes.

Cairo to Bahariya oasis

Pick up from your hotel around 06:30 am and drive to Bahariya oasis, the distance between Bahariya oasis and Cairo is about 365 km, estimated arrival time 11:30 am - 12:00 pm. We'll have some rest at Safari Camp hotel where we get lunch and after change the car to 4x4 land cruiser to start the journey into the desert.

Black Desert tour

First of all we will cross the Black Desert, which is situated 25 km far from Bahariya oasis. Then some stops for amazing pictures from the highest mountain in the area such as Al-Marsous Mountain, then pass by a tiny El Heiz oasis where there are some warm and cold springs. Lunch will be served there.

White Desert National park

Visit to the National park of The White desert to see the Chrystal Mountain and the area. Move to El-Agabat where we will enjoy with a New White desert views. Continue our desert tour to the White desert to see bizarre rock formation: mushroom rock, stop at a panoramic point in the middle of the White desert and continue our journey to see all rock formation in the new white desert including so called camel and chicken rocks, tree and rabbit formations. In the evening we will settle in a camping, have dinner under the stars around fire with a cup of a Bedouin tea.

Watching Sunrise in the White Desert

In the early morning we will watch a spectacular sunrise in the white desert, have breakfast in our camp and drive back to the Old white desert, some sand boarding activities and visit to a hot spring before we head back to the hotel for some rest and lunch. After lunch transfer back to your Cairo hotel.
