Transfer to your hotel in Hurghada.
We do pick up from any hotel in Hurghada and Makady Bay (extra 10 GBP per person). Pick up from your hotel and transfer by a/c van to Hurghada airport. Flight to Cairo will take 50 minutes. Our English speaking guide will be waiting for you upon arrival outside the main arrival hall of Cairo airport with the sign "Sharm-club.com".
From the airport we will go to downtown where The National Egyptian Museum is situated. The building of the museum is a historical monument itself already, built more than 100 years ago by a French architect it houses the world's largest collection of Pharaonic antiquities, and many treasures of King Tutankhamen. 120 000 pieces are exhibited there and we will visit all those collections, including Old kingdom, Middle kingdom, New kingdom and king Tut Anch Amun collection. We will spend around 2,5 hours in the museum.
After the museum visit you can take an optional 45 minutes Nile boat ride. You will enjoy with the sailing along the Nile, warm breeze and panoramic views of the city.
Lunch will be offered in a local restaurant and you can choose between the options available.
After lunch we will continue our tour and move to one of the seven wonders of the world: The great pyramid of Cheops!, which is situated on Giza Plateau! We will visit other pyramids of the area as well: the pyramid of Chephren and the pyramid of Mycerinus. We will end our tour in Pyramids area after visiting Sphinx and its valley temple.
At the end of the day we will get a chance for shopping in the area around the Pyramids. Visit of papyrus institute, perfume palace or cotton fabric will be available.
At the end of the day we will drive you to 4* hotel on BB basis to overnight there. Optional activities such as Sound & Light show at the Pyramids or Nile cruise with dinner and Oriental show are available upon request.
In the morning after breakfast our guide will pick up you and drive to Cairo International airport to catch flight to Aswan. In Aswan our guide will meet you and you will do full day Aswan city tour: Philae temple visit, Aswan High Dam followed by Kalabsha temple visit (optional activity). Check in 5* deluxe floating hotel and have lunch on board, free time before dinner or optional visits can be arranged. Overnight on board, evening entertainment program.
Breakfast on board. Sailing to Kom Ombo and temple visit. Lunch and afternoon tea on board. Sailing to Edfu and temple visit. Afternoon sailing, via Esna Lock to Luxor. Dinner on board. Overnight on board, evening entertainment program.
Breakfast on board in Luxor. West Bank excursions: visit to the Valley of the Kings , Colossi of Memnon and Queen Hatshepsut Temple. Please note when visiting the Valley of the Kings, entry to 3 tombs is included, however if you wish to see either the tomb of King Tutankhamen or Tomb of Ramses VI, there will be an additional ticket cost. Lunch and afternoon tea on board. Afternoon visit to Luxor and Karnak temple. While touring Karnak temple do not miss Karnak Open Air Museum (extra ticket requires). Dinner on board. Overnight on board, evening entertainment program. Optionally in the evening Sound & Light show at Karnak temple can be arranged.
In the early morning you can do an optional activity Hot-Air balloon ride over Luxor. Breakfast on board. Check out of cruise boat at 12 pm. Free time. Optional activities and visits can be arranged. We will pick up you by a private a/c van when your cruise finishes to transfer back to your hotel in Hurghada.
Transfer to your Hurghada / Makady bay hotel by a private a/c van may take up to 4 hours.
Booked our holiday of Nile cruises and Hurghada with a local agent in Egypt. It was considerably cheaper than the Holiday offered by our Thomas Cook. We were booked with Sharm Club & everything went without a hitch pick up from the airport & hotel on time no hitches at airport met by our guide Sharif in Cairo (he was superb so knowledgeable & helpful in every way)he is a great asset to your company. Had a fantastic day arriving back at our hotel exhausted but totaly fulfilled having seen the Pyramids The Sphinx The Egyption Muesem had a ride on a Faluca on the nile & a guided tour of the old Bazar.What a day For Grandad Grandma Son & three Grandaughters age 6-9-& 11,We have many fantastic photos taken by Sharif to remember our trip. We had our fantastic guide Ahmed during the cruise, he was also very friendly, informative and sense of humor, we have visited many amazing sites in Luxor, the valley of the kings, karank & Luxor temple. We stayed also in Aswan, it was a fantastic sightseeing there and we enjoyed the Nile views. I Highly Recomend Sharm Club To All.
