Name: Leigh From: West Midlands, UK	My girlfriend and I booked the 2 day Cairo trip. Fantastic day at Cairo museum and the pyramids. Mahmood and Shariff were fantastic. Shariff knowledge about everything is incredible and he takes some amazing photo's for us. We did find out that we were the only people on the trip staying overnight and felt a little uneasy at the thought of staying in Cairo on our own. We asked if it was ok if we took the coach back to Sharm el Sheikh, which we did. We didn't expect to get the difference in the money we had paid back but they gave us the money that we had paid extra back! All in all a fantastic trip and would definately reccomend Sharm Club to anybody Added: August 24, 2010

Name: Fagan From: UK E-mail: maureen460@btinternet.com	We booked two trips with Sharm Club - Cairo by plane and Ras Mohammed boat trip. We found Sharm Club to be the cheapest for trips. The tour guide Sherriff was fantastic. He knew everything about the history of the pyramids and took some really great photos for people on their cameras. The boat trip was also fantastic with snorkelling in the Red Sea. I would highly recommend Sharm Club to anyone. We booked online before we went and paid a deposit and the balance when we went on the trip. Added: August 6, 2010

Name: Komal V From: UK	I did 2 trips through Sharm Club, The quad bike and the Cairo trip by coach. The quad biking was really good,we went during the sunset trip so it wasn't as hot, we thoroughly enjoyed doing it. We only had a week in Egypt otherwise we defintely would've gone again. However our Cairo trip did get of to a bad start. When we booked, we were told we wouldn't have to worry about getting picked up because someone would come inside and tell us he was waiting. We sat in the reception half an hour early, at 12.30, we waited until 2 yet still no one came. We then rang up and the said we had missed it! So there the trip was misold, however they did send another car for us so that we were able to catch up with the coach before it crossed over visa control. The rest of the trip was good though, however I would not rate the buffet in Hard Rock Cafe. It is worth making a day trip to Cairo, as you probably will only see the pyramids once! The star gazing trip and the trip to St Catherine were really good and the representatives or the agents leading the group were really nice. We had a good time. However, our last trip; the quad trip at sunset was really bad in the sense that the agents were very rude. They were not patient with the tourists who had problems with the bikes, tried to show off and acted as if they were doing all the tourists a favour. I just could not understand their attitude. When people pay , they expect to be treated well. In short, the behaviour of the agents who led the trip during the quad bike tour were pathetic. This has raised doubts about the quality of the partners of Sharm club. Even if you book your tour through any of the other umpteen agencies, you would probably land up with those idiotic agents because many agencies use common agents for different trips. However, my word of advice. Beware of the quad trip especially the one at sunset. The trip itself is fine but then, the ones leading you are really stupid Added: June 23, 2010

From the simple booking procedure to the minute we were droppped off after our trip to Cairo. Option 2 - Not sure what to expect, but we would like to thank Shariff for giving us a great history lesson and being an invaluable source of information. That guy is really good at what he does and made the trip very special. The whole day went like clockwork, no hassles or intimidating situations and by the end of the day our party felt like we had known each other for years. Cairo was fantastic, we were given an insight into how the Egyptians live both rich and poor. The museum was excellent, and everyone was watching us as shariff described the artifacts and history behind each item. The pyramids and sphinx were amazing. We got front front row seats for the sound and light show and even though it was a long day, we will never forget it. Many thanks for a great day. Added: June 17, 2010
